Arctic Dawn Massage & Wellness provides clinically informed therapeutic manual therapy to support pain management, functional recovery, and continuity of care. Care is designed to complement medical, rehabilitative, and behavioral health treatment when appropriate.

We welcome collaboration with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare professionals.

Coordination and documentation requests are welcomed and addressed as promptly as possible within operational capacity. Clear communication supports continuity of care and collaborative treatment planning.

Referrals & Authorization

A referral is not required for scheduling; however, some insurance plans require a referral or authorization for coverage.

When required, referrals typically include:

• diagnosis code
• frequency and duration of care
• referring provider information

We are happy to coordinate care requirements as needed.

Billing & CPT Codes

Therapeutic manual therapy services may be billed when medically necessary and permitted by the patient’s insurance plan.

Common CPT codes include:

• 97140 — Manual Therapy
• 97124 — Massage Therapy

Coverage and payment determinations are made by the insurance carrier.
