Restorative sessions are designed to quiet the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and support deep physical and mental recovery. Slow, intentional bodywork, soothing heat, and unhurried pacing allow the body to settle into a state of calm and ease.

These sessions focus on restoration and decompression rather than corrective musculoskeletal treatment.

 

 

Sessions may include:

  • slow, rhythmic therapeutic flow

  • gentle muscle-fascial unwinding

  • scalp, neck, hand & foot relaxation

  • breath-paced techniques

  • hot stones or heated towel integration

  • unhurried transition time before returning to your day

  • optional aromatherapy

Packages may be available for clients committed to consistent restorative care.
