Scheduling & Appointment Hours

Appointments at Arctic Dawn Massage & Wellness are provided by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.

Sessions are individualized and scheduled by session length rather than technique or modality. Session focus is determined collaboratively based on your goals, areas of concern, and needs at the time of your visit.

Therapeutic manual therapy sessions may be billed to insurance when applicable. Self-pay and relaxation-focused options are always available.

Choosing a Session Type

Therapeutic Manual Therapy
Clinically focused care for pain relief, injury recovery, mobility support, and nervous system regulation.

• May be billed to insurance when eligible
• Same-day self-pay rate available
• Focus determined collaboratively during your visit

Ideal for pain relief, injury recovery, and functional improvement.

Twilight Tune-In (Relaxation Session)
A calming, restorative session designed to ease stress and support nervous system regulation.

• Self-pay only
• Not billable to insurance
• Focused on relaxation and restorative care

Ideal for stress relief and deep relaxation.

Choosing a Session Length

Appointments are available in:

• 30 minutes — focused care for one area
• 60 minutes — targeted therapeutic work or general support
• 90 minutes — comprehensive care for multiple areas
• 120 minutes — extended therapeutic or restorative care

Shorter visits may focus on a specific concern such as neck, shoulders, or low back discomfort. Longer sessions allow time to address multiple areas or support broader recovery and relaxation.

If you are unsure which length is appropriate, guidance is available prior to booking.

Rates & Payment Overview

Therapeutic Manual Therapy
• billed in 15-minute units when applicable
• same-day self-pay rate: $160 per hour
• standard rate: $240 per hour

Twilight Tune-In
• self-pay only
• 60 minutes — $150

Insurance coverage applies only to medically necessary therapeutic care.

Insurance & Billing Timing

If you plan to use insurance benefits or have billing questions, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to allow time for benefit verification and coordination.

Some plans require a physician referral or prior authorization. Required referral information must be received before insurance billing.

Self-pay options are always available.

Administrative Hours & Communication

Administrative tasks such as scheduling inquiries, insurance coordination, and documentation questions are generally handled during appointment hours and may extend outside those times when needed.
